This popular class blends the classic 26 postures with a second set full of fun variations! You will LOVE this class as it suits every level and empowers practitioners to play and evolve at their own pace. Adi has hand picked postures from different lineages - some easier and some more advanced - to allow practitioners to "build your own adventure" according to the moment. Two to three options will be offered for each variation. Adi will practice with the class giving instruction and demoing 2nd set for an easy to follow playful time. This class is 90 minutes, fully heated and set to fun modern tunes. Adi offers a 2 day training to help support teachers and studio owners to bring this class to their communities seamlessly.
